Arabica
Grown at high elevations, Arabica beans deliver a smooth, complex flavor—sweet, fruity, and often with notes of chocolate or caramel. They offer bright, refined acidity with a light-to-medium body, and contain lower caffeine than Robusta. Widely prized for their nuanced taste, they make up around 60–80 % of global coffee production

Robusta
Bold and full-bodied, Robusta beans deliver an earthy, nutty flavor with firm bitterness and low acidity. With nearly double the caffeine of Arabica, they offer a powerful, invigorating kick and a dense crema in espresso. Naturally hardy and disease-resistant, Robusta thrives at lower altitudes and is a cost-effective staple in blends and instant coffees
Liberica
Liberica beans are large, asymmetrical, and rare, offering a bold, full-bodied cup. Their flavor profile is complex, with smoky, woody, and nutty notes, complemented by hints of dark chocolate, ripe berries, and floral undertones. With low acidity and a smooth finish, Liberica provides a distinctive coffee experience. Grown primarily in Southeast Asia, it’s a specialty choice for adventurous palates

Excelsa
Excelsa beans offer a bold, complex flavor profile with vibrant fruity notes of mango, pineapple, and plum, complemented by earthy, smoky undertones. Their moderate acidity and medium to full body provide a rich, satisfying cup. Primarily grown in Southeast Asia, Excelsa is a rare variety, making up less than 1% of global coffee production
